Temperament provides unique insights for coaches and leaders in understanding their individual coaching style. In addition, knowledge of Temperament and core needs can help in recognising when to adapt their approach to different coaching preferences. Without flexing, there might be the chance of unconsciously alienating or causing stress to those you are coaching.
In this interactive session, participants will be able to:
Identify how to apply knowledge of Temperament to the coaching process: both as a Coach and a Coachee.
Adapt their approach and word choice to positively impact coaching results.
