We are delighted to announce the international type conference 2026, taking place in the heart of Oxfordshire.

This inspiring event will bring together practitioners, researchers, and enthusiasts of psychological type from across the globe. With the theme “Unlocking Human Potential“, the 2026 conference will explore the contemporary applications of type across three key strands: Interactions, Innovations, and Transformations.

A conference with purpose

At a time when authentic human connection and resilience are more important than ever, this conference provides a rare opportunity to reflect, learn, and grow within a supportive international community. Whether your practice is in coaching, counselling, education, organisational development, or personal growth, the programme will offer both academic rigour and practical application.

What to expect

With capacity limited to just 100 participants, the conference will foster genuine dialogue and space for meaningful connection. The venue itself adds to the sense of inspiration: set in 20 acres of Oxfordshire countryside, the Milton Hill House Hotel offers a calm and reflective environment, yet is conveniently located only 14 miles from the historic city of Oxford.

Delegates will benefit from a truly global perspective, engaging with type professionals and thought leaders from a variety of disciplines and cultural contexts. Alongside keynote presentations, workshops, and facilitated discussions, the conference will provide practical insights and methodologies that can be applied directly to professional practice. Participants can expect to leave with new ideas, renewed energy, and a stronger sense of international community.

Benefits and learning outcomes

The conference will provide opportunities to build international networks with like-minded practitioners and researchers who share a commitment to advancing the field of type. Attendees will gain access to leading edge research, real-world case studies, and emerging approaches that demonstrate the relevance of type in today’s world. The varied programme will also offer a range of session formats designed to challenge thinking, stimulate discussion, and inspire new approaches.

From a learning perspective, participants will refine type aware communication skills that support complex conversations and differences. They will explore innovative applications of type in leadership development, counselling, and organisational change, while also strengthening their confidence in helping clients and communities unlock authentic potential.
