About

Elizabeth is a leadership and transformation consultant, transpersonal therapist and psychological type practitioner. She works with individuals, teams and organisations to support clearer communication, deeper self-understanding and more human-centred approaches to development and change.

In her consulting work, Elizabeth has worked extensively with senior leaders and leadership teams, nationally and internationally, particularly in healthcare, transformation and organisational development. Her approach draws on psychological type, improvement science, appreciative inquiry, facilitation and leadership development.

As a therapist, Elizabeth works with adults and brings a relational, reflective, trauma-informed and neurodivergent-inclusive approach. Across both areas of her work, she is interested in how people understand patterns, navigate complexity and create more meaningful ways of working and relating.
