At BAPT, we are committed to supporting the ongoing professional development of everyone who works with psychological type — whether you use it in coaching, education, leadership, personal development or beyond. This Autumn, we are delighted to launch a new initiative: a series of online professional development webinars, designed to take your understanding of type further.
These webinars are not certification programmes, they are about knowledge — deepening it, enriching it, and bringing it to life. Each series offers something for those at different stages of your professional journey with type. We aim to continue to bring events to our membership, and beyond, to make this happen.
Why these webinars?
Psychological type is a rich and layered subject. Many practitioners develop a solid working knowledge of the four preferences and use this effectively in their work — and yet some of the most fascinating and useful aspects of the model remain less well known.
