Based in Germany, but operating primarily in the UK and mainland Europe, the majority of my clients are academics and doctoral researchers based in universities and research institutes.

I offer individual career coaching sessions and interactive workshops (both in person and online), usually by invitation. Personality Type figures in my work when I'm focusing on aspects of self-awareness as part of the career development and planning process.
