The workshop introduces how Psychological Type can be a tool for innovation and new thinking linking types and conflict dynamics.

Through Types and research-based conflict perspectives you will gain knowledge about Type and conflict solving tools with a focus on exploiting the positive dynamics in conflicts, in combination with Type understanding.

Finn is a mediator, Type practitioner & strategic consultant. He works primarily at management level transforming conflicts to be constructive and holds an MBA in Strategy & Business Development. Charlotte is a mediator, Type practitioner & conflict consultant. Focus is on tensions and diversity in teams. She holds a master in Mediation & Conflict Resolution.
