We Need to Talk: Conversation Strategies for Polarising Issues
Freedom AND community safety. Continuity AND change. Rights AND responsibilities. Can you think of any issues involving these “polarities”: competing yet interdependent values that need each other. In this session, we will look at how type preferences drive needs during conflict and how to use polarity tools to engage in productive conversations.
A certified type practitioner for over 30 years, Jane has researched and written books in the fields of education, spirituality, and leadership development. A past president of APTInternational and former faculty member of CAPT, she speaks and consults around the world on constructive use of differences. Her type preferences are INFJ.
