This workshop offers a new perspective on VUCA, viewing it as a creative state. Participants will explore how individuals with different MBTI® types perceive, make decisions and act in VUCA situations. They will also learn how VUCA tools such as vision and agility can provide clarity and adaptability in both personal and professional contexts.

Stefan Oppitz, from A-M-T Management Performance in Germany, is a highly skilled management professional and consultant. Guided by his motto, 'Invest in personality', he helps his clients to enhance organisational performance and individual growth. He also lectures in business psychology and diagnostics at Steinbeis University.
