We asked Roy about his career in personality type and how he sees the future for type.
Dr. Roy Childs is a founder member of the Myers-Briggs User Group (now BAPT) and a facilitator, coach, trainer, researcher and author. He has worked with giants in personality psychometrics - Cattell & Schutz and has developed psychometrics for the 21st century, notably Type Mapping.
